Our Services

Associated Appraisers is not a typical "one-man" appraisal office. With a property and market data base dating back 20 years and several appraisers on staff plus an administrative assistant and a bookkeeper we have superior technical, research, and data collection resources. We work electronically using alamode software and accept orders via email and fax from most of the local lenders as well as private individuals and several different appraisal management companies including AppraisalPort, Appraisal Firewall, Solidifi, RIMS, Mercury, Valuation Management Group, American Valuation Corp, Frisco Lender Services, Clear Capital, Trimavin, AdvancedAMC, Valutrust, LenderX, etc. We also accept payment with MasterCard and/or Visa. We are members of the Coeur d'Alene Chamber of Commerce and the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors which gives us access to the Multiple Listing Service.

We service all areas and cities in Kootenai County including Hayden, Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Dalton Gardens, Rathdrum, Athol, Spirit Lake, and Bayview. We also accept assignments in areas of Shoshone, and Benewah counties which have their own unique and diverse challenges for appraisers.
