Jeff Morbeck, Senior Partner
Jeff is a fourth-generation Coeur d'Alene resident. He received an A.A. degree in Business Administration from North Idaho College in 1969, a B.S. in Business Administration from University of Idaho in 1971, and an MBA in Business Administration from University of Idaho in 1973. He began his appraisal career in 1973 and has been certified for many years. His expertise is waterfront and complex multi-million dollar properties in Kootenai County.
Terry Fisher, Senior Partner
Terry is also a fourth-generation Coeur d'Alene resident. He received an A.A. degree in Business Administration from North Idaho College in 1972 and a B.A. in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University in 1974. He began his appraisal career in 1978 and has been certified for many years. His expertise is FHA and VA appraisals as well as single family residential, waterfront and complex properties in Kootenai, Shoshone, and Benewah Counties.
Lisa Jensen, Partner
Lisa was born and raised in southwest Montana, lived in Alaska for many years and moved to Coeur d'Alene in 2002. She holds an undergraduate degree in Secondary Education from the University of Alaska Anchorage and received an M.S. degree in Science Education from Oregon State University in 1996. Her appraisal career began in 2005 with a year of residential appraising for the Kootenai County Assessor. Lisa received Idaho certification and is FHA and VA approved and works on all types of properties in Kootenai, Shoshone, and Benewah counties.
Steve Souther, Retired
Steve was born in Coeur d'Alene. He received an A.A. degree from North Idaho College in 1971 and a B.A. degree from George Fox College in 1990. He began his appraisal career in 1991 and has been licensed since 1993. Steve works in all four counties of North Idaho and his expertise includes Bonner County, VA and ERC Summary Appraisals, and field and desk reviews.
Frank Wilkey, Retired
Frank has lived in Coeur d'Alene for almost 25 years. He received an undergraduate degree in Education from Idaho State University in 1982 and a Master's degree in Education from University of Idaho in 1991. He has taught Criminal Justice courses at North Idaho College since 1989. Frank began his appraisal career in 1992 and works in Kootenai, Shoshone, and Benewah counties.
Tori Pierson
Tori is a 5 th generation Montanan and graduated from University of Alaska Fairbanks with a degree in
Communications with a minor in Business Administration. Tori joined Associated Appraisers in
September of 2016 and works on assignments in Kootenai and Shoshone Counties.
